1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

Product Details: We make every effort to display the colors, patterns, and specifications of our 7D bedsheet collections as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur depending on screen brightness and monitor settings.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, DreamWeave reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Payment Terms

Prepaid Orders Only: We operate on a 100% online payment model (UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
Orders will only be processed and scheduled for dispatch once payment confirmation is received.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Non-Receipt

Orders are dispatched through third-party courier services across India. Standard delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days.
DreamWeave is not liable for shipment delays caused by courier logistics, natural factors, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Final Sale: All purchases are final. Due to hygiene standards for bedding products, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once payment has been completed.
Replacement Only for Transit Damage/Defects: A replacement is provided solely in the event of manufacturing defects or physical transit damage. Customers must report the defect within 48 hours of delivery along with an unedited, continuous parcel unboxing video clearly displaying the shipping label.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, imagery, designs, and content published on this website are the intellectual property of DreamWeave and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DreamWeave shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
